Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office

Judge Lisa Millard sentenced Clifford Hall 6 months in in jail for a crime he did not commit.

It seems that his child support payments were modified without his knowledge, which violates the due process clause of the U.S. constitution. The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees that the government can not take a persons property or liberty without a chance to present their own evidence in a court of law.

Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office and prohibited from every holding a public office, or any office that has authority over the people. Judge Lisa Millard along with the Harris county child support office is a perfect example of how dads are being driven into child support induced poverty.

Now that Clifford Hall is in jail how is he supposed to pay his child support?

The coming healthcare bubble

This affordable healthcare act is just the tip of an iceberg. The rest of the iceberg has been ignored for years, maybe even decades.

As far back as I can remember my health insurance premiums have gone up every year. Even has my wages stagnated for 20 years my health insurance has gone up.

When I was working for Kingwood cablevision I would get the yearly review around August, and the usual BS excuse that all the company could afford was a 2% raise. But at the same time the stock holders would get paid a nice dividend. During my review I told my supervisor that the raise would not cover the rise in health insurance premiums. My supervisor asked how I knew our healthcare premiums were going up? I told him they go up every January.

The Question That Needs To Be Asked

I would like to ask the readers of this blog a question, do you feel the United States is headed towards an armed rebellion?

I often wonder how much more the middle class can take before something breaks?

How many jobs have to go to China?

How many taxes can the government levy?

How many people have to go on welfare?

How many illegal immigrants have to be allowed in the nation?

How many people have to die in this so called “war on terror?”

What has to happen before the people say enough is enough?

China Outpaces United States As Worlds Largest Trade Partner

For those of us who have been watching the United States decline since the signing of GATT and NAFTA, we knew it was just a matter of time before the United States was no longer a world leader.

U.S. exports and imports for the year 2012 totaled $3.82 trillion.

China’s exports and imports for the year 2012 totaled $3.87 trillion.

For the past 20 years free trade has stripped the United States of our factories. If you wanted to start with when the U.S. took its first step towards decline, we need to go back the the 1970s as toy manufacturers moved their factories to china.

In the early to mid-1980s shipyards shutdown all across the southern part of the United States. In southeast Texas alone close to 10,000 people lost their jobs when Bethlehem shipyard in Beaumont Texas and and Livingston shipyard in Orange Texas shutdown. those good paying jobs disappeared and have yet to return 3 decades later.

We Are a Nation Divided

The shooting in Aurora Colorado and the following anti-gun feeding frenzy, has made it clear we are a divided nation. We are not only divided on gun ownership, we are also divided racially, demographically, financially, and through ideology.

When the blacks were freed, instead of treating them as people with rights, the whites continued to look for ways to oppress blacks. Even though slavery was abolished in the 1860s, their rights were not affirmed until the 1960s with the civil rights movement.

“Why” were we, and still are, divided on race? Why cant we as humans and as Americans put racial tensions aside and just get along?

Then we have the illegal immigrant population.

Then we have groups who refuse to incorporate into society, such as the amish and ultra-orthodox jews.

Then we have the inner city gangs, poverty and drug users.

What would someone from inner city New York know about a coyote raiding a farmers chicken coop in a rural area?

We are divided demographically, financially, racially, and through ideology
